He plays an integral part in the cultivation of new- and the development of existing client relationships. His focus lies on the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions. Before joining SXH´s Digital Unit, now Zumera, in 2021, Philipp was Senior Analyst at Carl Finance GmbH. During this time, he contributed to the acquisition of dozens of buy and sell side mandates allowing him to gain expert-level knowledge in sales-driven M&A processes.
