Oscar Lovera

Oscar Lovera is Associate at Zumera and is working on the execution of mid-cap international deals with a focus on the French and international markets. Oscar is actively participating in the development of the Paris office.

Prior to his current role at Zumera, Oscar has been entrusted with pivotal roles at Razor Group, allowing him to develop a deep understanding of corporate and operational finance in the context of M&A. Oscar managed several acquisitions processes for Razor Group, including two mergers between Razor Group and two of its close competitors. In this context, Oscar gained a deep understanding of e-commerce business models and buy-side processes. Oscar additionally holds experience in Consumer Goods, after starting his career in the Strategy department of L'Oréal.

Oscar holds a Masters in Strategic Management from HEC Paris, specialising in Finance and Strategy. Prior to his Masters, Oscar graduated from the Warwick Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Management with Finance.
