Robert A.W. Schaff is Senior Vice President at Zumera.


Robert has extensive experience advising on corporate acquisitions, capital increases and restructurings with a strong focus on the DACH and Asia-Pacific region. His expertise is particularly pronounced in the areas of automotive technology, raw materials and industrial solutions.

Through his positions at EY, Nomura, Bankhaus Lampe and Volkswagen, for which he worked in China, among other places, Robert got to know many sides of M&As and fundraising.


He holds a BSc. and MSc. Finance (International Business) from Maastricht University.
