The UWS Group, consisting of UWS Technologie GmbH and Heat-Power 24 GmbH, has established itself in recent years as an innovation driver in the high-growth market of heating water treatment and, with over 90 employees, is the motor of the Bavarian Mittelstand. The group's products are developed and manufactured in Insingen and play an important role in the sustainability of energy-efficient buildings. After years of growth, during which the companies benefited from the innovative power built up by the long-standing shareholder Hans-Georg Breitmoser, the UWS Group has established a clear position as market leader. The goal of the management team was therefore to find a suitable partner with whom the group of companies is optimally positioned for the next step in its development. Steffen Breitmoser and Rüdiger Bleyl will continue to be jointly in charge of the group. Zumera's sector-experienced deal team, led by Managing Director Felix Engelhardt, was able to quickly identify the right partner for this transaction due to its extensive sector expertise in heating technology, crafts, and industrial engineering, which is underpinned by numerous past transactions in these areas.
