With Tive, Tag Sensors has gained an internationally experienced partner who has excellent know-how and is helping to drive the future expansion of the product range.

For Felix Engelhardt, the sale of Tag Sensors AS is already the third transaction in the telematics sector. Engelhardt already successfully accompanied the sale of YellowFox GmbH to ECM Equity Capital Management and PLT Software GmbH to Acorda. After numerous discussions in the course of this project, Philipp Köppe is also certain that the trend of consolidation in the market will continue. Felix Engelhardt, CEO and founder of ZUMERA

, has been leading an interdisciplinary team since 2020, with whom he was responsible for the growth of business and internationalisation at Saxenhammer and is continuing the path to become Europe’s Nr.1 M&A firm under the new brand. Prior to that, he led the M&A advisory business of an SME-focused boutique and gained several years of experience in the transaction departments (IBD) of Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and UBS, where he spent around three years each in Frankfurt and London. He completed his academic career with a Master of Finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, is a CFA Charterholder and a regular guest lecturer at renowned universities, such as Maastricht and Mannheim and the Frankfurt School of Finance. Before his studies, he realised a successful exit as a managing partner of a digital agency.

Felix grew up in Berlin as the son of a tax consultant and auditor and a judge. His youth was shaped by team sports (field hockey) and a strong affinity for competition, business and law. During his school years in England, Felix was significantly influenced by an accounting teacher, whereupon he decided to immerse himself in the world of business and finance. After working in London, Madrid and Frankfurt, he returned to Berlin in 2017, where he now lives with his wife and fourteen-year-old daughter.

Today, Felix Engelhardt is one of the leading experts and "influencers" in the German-speaking financial sector in the area of corporate finance and M&A, which is reflected in +18,000 followers on LinkedIn and numerous key-notes at industry summits and major fairs.

Philipp Köppe is Senior Vice President at Zumera and part of the Management Team. Philipp is responsible for large parts of Zumera´s client-facing operations. He plays an integral part in the cultivation of new- and the development of existing client relationships. His focus lies on the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions. Before joining SXH´s Digital Unit, now Zumera, in 2021, Philipp was Senior Analyst at Carl Finance GmbH. During this time, he contributed to the acquisition of dozens of buy and sell side mandates allowing him to gain expert-level knowledge in sales-driven M&A processes. Relatedly, he instructed and mentored over 30 bankers in sales, M&A, and company valuation. Earlier in his career, Philipp accumulated valuable experience as Consulting Manager at any.b Consulting. He graduated from European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).
