The Stryze Group GmbH is an e-commerce holding company that develops as well as scales direct-to-consumer brands for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Instagram. Founded in 2020, the company is a global network with operations in Europe, the United States and China.

Beeleeve is a brand that operates under Abahya International Ltd. and produces aluminium pans, biodegradable coffee cups, food handling gloves and compostable organic plates, and sells them through Amazon.

Taro Niggemann is Managing Director and Partner at Zumera, responsible for the M&A team. He joined the firm in March 2023.

Prior to joining Zumera, he worked as an M&A professional for Goldman Sachs for twelve years, first in Frankfurt and then for more than eight years in Asia, where he mainly executed intercontinental and intra-Asian M&A transactions. In doing so, he advised not only on M&A transactions, but also on IPOs, financings and restructurings of Goldman Sachs' clients. His clients included corporations, family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, financial investors and public companies.

In addition to his work as an M&A professional, Taro Niggemann has also been involved in the formation of several companies, including The Stryze Group, an e-commerce company that completed 30 acquisitions in its first twelve months, and most recently a clean tech company. He has also been assisting startups and scale-ups with financing issues as an investor and advisor for several years.

Taro Niggemann has successfully completed transactions in a variety of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, technology, industrials, automotive, transportation, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, finance, real estate and business-related services. He studied at WHU in Koblenz and EM Lyon in France and holds a PhD from Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.

Taro Niggemann is originally from Berlin and lives there with his family. As a successful M&A specialist and entrepreneur, he has extensive experience in the world of finance and business. His broad knowledge of various sectors enables him to provide comprehensive advice on M&A transactions and other financial matters.
