Christian Weiser

Philipp Köppe is Senior Vice President at Zumera and part of the Management Team. Philipp is responsible for large parts of Zumera´s client-facing operations. He plays an integral part in the cultivation of new- and the development of existing client relationships. His focus lies on the negotiation and execution of M&A transactions. Before joining SXH´s Digital Unit, now Zumera, in 2021, Philipp was Senior Analyst at Carl Finance GmbH. During this time, he contributed to the acquisition of dozens of buy and sell side mandates allowing him to gain expert-level knowledge in sales-driven M&A processes. Relatedly, he instructed and mentored over 30 bankers in sales, M&A, and company valuation. Earlier in his career, Philipp accumulated valuable experience as Consulting Manager at any.b Consulting. He graduated from European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder).

Director & Founder

He joined the digital unit of SXH, now Zumera, in 2021 after gaining experience in small cap investment banking. He worked as a senior analyst and was involved in the execution of several M&A transactions. Prior to that, Jannis gained experience in BDO's tax department. He studied at the University of Münster and Bocconi University.

Vice President

Vincent Favro is an analyst at Zumera. Vincent joined the company in January 2024. 

Vincent previously gained experience in the transaction advisory team at Ernst & Young. He also gained relevant experience during internships at Private Equity Investors in Munich and Berlin, where he supported the deal team throughout the entire transaction process.

He holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Cologne. Following his Bachelor's degree, he completed his Master's in Management at IE Business School in Madrid, where he was awarded the Best Student Award for outstanding academic achievement, making him one of the best Master's students since the inception of the Master's in Management.
